TERMS OF SERVICE
To keep our collaboration clear and fair for both sides, below you’ll find the key rules and steps of the process.
1. Project brief and content preparation
Before starting the work, please provide all necessary materials – especially texts, photos, and any other content to be used on the website.
The base price for website creation does not include content creation (texts, photos, etc.).
If you need help with content or would like to consult your strategy, I offer content creation and consulting as an additional service.
2. Process and payments
Once we agree on the scope, look, and delivery date of the website, I will send you a price quotation.
After we agree on the price, I issue a 50% deposit invoice. Once the deposit is paid, I either start working on the website or reserve the time in my calendar to ensure completion by the agreed deadline.
After your approval of the final version of the website, I issue an invoice for the remaining 50%.
The website is fully launched only after the total amount is paid.
3. Technical maintenance and hosting
Websites are built on the Wix platform, which provides hosting, security (SSL certificate), and all technical infrastructure.
As the website creator, I am not responsible for any potential outages, limitations, or technical issues caused by the Wix platform itself.
For ongoing website maintenance, I provide regular content updates and adjustments as agreed.
4. Review and launch
Once my work on the website is complete, you can review all pages and functions.
Revisions (within reasonable limits) are included in the price until you approve the final version.
After final approval, I issue the remaining invoice and proceed with the final website launch.
After the launch, I offer ongoing website maintenance at a half-hourly rate.
5. Rights and access
After full payment, all rights to the finished website are transferred to the client.
If you transfer the website to your own Wix account, you will have full control over the content, settings, and domain.
If I continue to maintain the website, I will remain added as a collaborator to ensure updates and support.
6. Responsibility for content
The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all provided content (texts, images, etc.).
