The process consists of several steps, ensuring efficient work and that the result meets your expectations.

Solution proposal
I will prepare a proposal based on your requirements – a suggestion of the website structure, visual direction, price quote and a delivery date. We can edit the proposal together until it meets your needs.

Your inputs and a deposit payment
Once you agree with the proposal, you pay a deposit of 50% of the agreed price, share the necessary materials (texts, photos, etc.) and I get to work.

Website creation and setup
We will be in touch throughout my work – I will let you approve the visual concept and major decisions regarding the structure and functions of the website.

Website completion, payment and launch
I will share the pre-final version of the website for review – we can fine-tune it until you are satisfied. Then you pay the remaining 50% of the price, purchase the necessary Wix plan and I launch the website.

Website maintenance and updates
There are a few options: the website can remain under my Wix account and I maintain it, or I transfer the website to your Wix account and you take care of it yourself (I can teach you how to do it), or I transfer the website to your Wix account but you let me manage it as a "collaborator" (a role in Wix).

FAQ
How long does it take to create a website? It depends on the scope and complexity of the project. I can complete a very simple website in 2-3 days, a medium one in 10 days, and a more complex online solution can take two weeks or more. It also depends on the communication and delivery of documents by the client.
Do I need to create my own Wix account? It depends on whether you want to manage the website yourself or not, and what you plan to use the website for. If it is a simple website (text, photos) and you leave the maintenance to me, you do not need your own Wix account. However, if you want to send invoices, manage online reservations, etc. via the Wix website, then of course you need your own Wix account.
Do I have to buy a Wix plan? Can I have a Wix website for free? You can have a Wix website for free, but you can’t connect your own domain to it, it will display Wix ads, and it has other limitations. For a professional online presence, you need to purchase one of the Wix premium plans.
What about my own domain? Wix offers a free domain for 1 year with every paid plan. If you already have your own domain, you can easily connect it to your new Wix website. If you want a new domain that Wix doesn't offer, you need to buy it from another provider (I can arrange it) and then connect it to Wix.
How does the payment work? I usually require a 50% deposit before starting the work and the rest after the final version is completed and approved by you. Payment can be made by a bank transfer or by debit/credit card (via Stripe).
Do I need to have the entire content (including texts) ready? The price for creating a website includes the structure, design, technical settings and basic editing of the delivered texts (formatting, minor stylistic adjustments, etc.). However, if you do not have the content ready yet, I can help with the creation of texts and the overall strategy of your online presentation. This service is optional and charged extra (see services and prices).
